1. How do I schedule a locate?

Dial 811 or call 1-800-922-1987 to schedule a locate.

2. How do I schedule an inspection?

You can schedule an inspection by completing the Inspection Request Form. 

3. How can I get a map of the existing utilities in a specific area?

Dial 811 or call 1-800-922-1987 and request a "Subsurface Utility Engineering Map". 

4. Who is responsible for the maintenance of my service lines?

Please refer to Article 1, Section 3 of our Rules and Regulations for more information on utility ownership. 

5. How can I get a Preliminary Contract Letter from the District?

Please email the following documents to development@sacwsd.org:

• Complete the Water Questionnaire within our Service Application.
• Provide an exhibit of the planned development.
• Provide a copy of the Adams County Property Report for the parcel that will be developed.
