Hydrant Meter Permit Information

To request a hydrant meter permit for construction water, please submit an application online. A stand and backflow device will be provided with every hydrant meter and are required to be used at all times, as depicted to the right. South Adams County Water and Sanitation District hydrant meters are radio read every month. Please read the hydrant meter policies and procedures in full. Deposit - $2,240.00
Permit Fee - $25.00/Month (Non-refundable)
2020 Hydrant water charges - $13.71 per 1,000 gallons used
Temporary Potable Hydrant Permit for Special Events
South Adams County Water & Sanitation District does provide a Temporary Potable Hydrant Permit for Special Events that may require access to water for specific circumstances such as drinking water or other needs. Please review the
